‍Cancellation & Refund Policy
‍If EB Summit (organized by Adantio EOOD) must cancel the event, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket cost. We do not cover or reimburse any travel, accommodation, or other indirect expenses.

If you need to cancel your ticket:
- 14 days or more before the event: You will receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund is available, but tickets may be transferred to another attendee upon written notice to the organizers.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of your cancellation confirmation.

We accept no liability for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government regulations, strikes, pandemics, fire, flood, or acts of God.

‍Program Changes

‍Adantio EOOD reserves the right to modify the agenda, schedule, speaker lineup, or venue details at any time without prior notice. All updates will be communicated through official channels such as the event website, email newsletters, or social media accounts.

‍Photography, Filming & Sound Recording

‍Please note that photographs, video, and audio recordings may be taken during the event. These may be used for post-event communication, documentation, or promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to potentially appear in these materials. If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please contact the organizing team prior to or during the event to make arrangements.

‍Data Protection & GDPR

‍By registering for the event, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This data will be used for:
- Ticketing and attendee communicationInvoicing and accounting purposes
- Event-related updates and marketing communication
- Sharing your email address with selected event partners for content and networking purposes, only if you opt-in

‍You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@ebsummit.bg.

If you do not wish to receive future marketing emails or have your data shared with partners, you can opt out during registration or via any communication received.

‍Payments & Receipts

‍All ticket payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Upon payment, you will receive:
- An invoice from Adantio EOOD with VAT information
- A confirmation email and digital ticket
- No physical cash register receipt is required for online transactions under Bulgarian e-commerce law
